Excellent staff and stay
Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport
The room was clean and quiet, the front desk staff very welcoming and the breakfast good. We booked this hotel as it wasn't far from Southampton Airport. The bonus, we discovered, was its proximity to many restaurants and a large grocery store. The hotel lobby and hallways looked a bit worn, as did the rooms, but it was good value for the money spent.

***** One night stay
My partner and I stayed here for one night after he had done a whole day course just down the road, the room was lovely, staff very friendly and the breakfast we paid extra for was well stocked and had a wide variety. The only issue we had was there were no extra plugs sockets for our phone chargers, we had to take the kettle out and the travel buddy phone (fab idea by the way) , other than that I would recommend. Also good restaurants, shops and pubs just a 5 minute walk away.

Ideal location and well worth the money
Ideal location and well worth the money. Spent 2 nights there and found it comfortable, clean and friendly. We will return there again in the future. We didn't have a meal there though. Sainsbury's just nearby (breakfast) and the main shopping area. Plenty of parking spaces and on a bus route - which was good for us as O.A.P.'s with free bus passes!Reviewed By: spy777 | Stayed: October 2018

I found this hotel to be clean and the staff friendly. Nice location, shops, bars and places to eat. It is near to the Town Centre. I would recommend this hotel.
Unfortunately I could not sample the breakfast as I was meeting someone out of town but it looked nice.

Great location. Welcoming, comfortable and excellent breakfast
Great location, lots of parking and walking distance to a couple of excellent Indian restaurants.
Second time I have stayed here with my dog, although I was primarily in Southampton for business. Very friendly and welcome dogs. Breakfast is really excellent. Can’t beat it for price, comfort and professionalism.
